Clarence Saunders began building this formidable home, faced in pink Georgia marble, in 1922. In 1930, it became the Memphis Museum of Natural History and Industrial Arts. It is currently the Memphis Museums of Science and History, but Memphians still know it as the Pink Palace.
This is the most intricate fabric art piece I have done to date.
